  Owner - Brian "Sir Brixalot" Meny

Brian is a LEGO(R) enthusiast with more brix than should be allowed for grown men!  He also owns his own home delivery, LEGO(R) brick rental business for groups from 10-100+ kids (now that's a lot of brix!).  Visit his Brixalot.com website for delivery and other unique services.  Yes, that is one of his many LEGO(R) models for a customer in the pic at left.

He gratuated...  gradeated... gruduated... got a mechanical engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (yeah, he's a geek)

  Buyer - Charlene "Char" Meny

Char thinks dashing, geeky, grown men who play with LEGO(R) bricks and are from unpronounceable technical schools are incredibly sexy and quite the find!

She loves to shop, spend money, meet people and has an incredible memory (prerequisites for the perfect LLaL buyer)

Char's favorite hobbies include Christian romance novels, card making, and stamping.

  Manager - Fran Leuer

Fran is the Big Cheese for day-to-day operations and has travelled from Buffalo, NY (brrrrrr....) to make her home in sunny, mild Virginia

Fran and her family are die-hard Buffalo anything fans, including Sabres, Bills, and Jimmy's Old Town Tavern in Herdon, VA.  Their devotion is genetic and they have no choice but to obey, so have sympathy and mercy.  Char has some of these genes, too.

Fran lives within 3 miles of her 3 grandsons, Dakota, Ethan, and Ryan!  She and Gene are very thankful and feel blessed every day.

  Little Big Man - Dakota Meny

Dakota is a ham in front of the camera (must get it from his momma's side, no doubt) and loves his little brother, Ethan

His favorite tune as of late is "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" and he has a wonderful Elvis hip-swing going when he's in the groove

Dakota wants to be a Superhero when he grows up (who doesn't?).  Which one?  Pretty much all of them!

Big Little Man - Ethan Meny

Ethan is now in full crawl mode and can "cruise" along furniture now, and soon he'll be going to college (seems like that, doesn't it?)  The Meny's house (and store) will never quite be the same.  Just when you thought you had thought of child-proofing every possible and imaginable thing...

Char and Brian chose to begin his name with E:  Brian, Charlene, Dakota, Ethan.  We weren't sure if he was going to be Emily until he was born!

He says he wants to be a dashing, rich, intelligent, funny, and charming Mechanical Engineer like his poppa.  Or so his poppa says after carefully listening to his cooing and burbles.

Jennifer is a MSAHM (for those of you who have no idea what all the abbrevs. are for your kids' Instant Messaging new language for aliens and brainiacs, that's shorthand for Mostly Stay At Home Mom) with 2 kids and a gazillion years of kids' clothing retail experience. 

Jennifer aspires to be an opera singer and surgeon, while traveling the world with her husband, Dan.  Well, perhaps two out of three... :-)

LLaL is blessed to have her on staff and she runs a tight ship with fashion and flair :-)  I'm not even sure I typed her name in correctly and will have to check when I get back to the store!
